Hi! I'm Rhian Pamphilon. Career Safari is all about communicating more effectively to help you as an individual manage your career - and for companies that want to empower their people with better communication and marketing skills to achieve better business results. 

I originally set up Career Safari to help people like me navigate their way through today's overwhelmingly wide range of career choices and to be successful in their work. We all need to manage ourselves as if we are a business - there are no longer "jobs for life" like your parents may have had.  At many times we may become "stuck", knowing that there are lots of opportunities out there but suffering from overwhelm in how to make the most of them.

Companies and organisations too have a challenge with this new environment. Both their employees and their customers are more demanding - it's no longer effective to treat communication as a "one size fits all" exercise.   

That's why, at Career Safari, we base all our programmes on communication and influencing skills. Alongside clarity in our goals, communicating effectively is the most certain route to success.
